Georgia

Sorry I haven't posted for a while, but here is an update on what we've been doing. 

We stayed at Stone Mountain Campground for three nights. It is called Stone Mountain because there is basically a giant rock in the middle of the campground. On the mountain there is a carving of Captain Stonewall Jackson and his crew. 

There are many attractions in Stone Mountain Park, but we only did two. The first one we did was Sky Hike. Sky Hike is a ropes course. There are three levels.  The first one is twelve feet off the ground, the second one was twenty- four feet off the ground, and the third is thirty-six feet off the ground.  We only went up to the second level because we were really tired. I like the parts where they had easy ways to get across, but I didn't like some of the harder parts.  The harder parts had jiggling and swinging ropes to cross, which was scary because they were twenty- four feet off the ground! My dad took this picture of me while I was on Sky Hike. 

We also went on a scenic train ride. We saw a deer and a lot of natural beauty. We also saw an old school house and post post office that was cool. The picture below shows the beauty we saw on the train ride.

Later that evening we went to have dinner with family. I met some cousins that I hadn't ever met! Their names are Maya and Hope. : ) Maya and Hope's grandparents Bob & Kay made dinner for us. The food was really good, and I think I ate too many rolls! We had a lot of fun playing hide and seek, especially when we couldn't find Israel. 

The next day we went to Atlanta. We went to the World of Coca- Cola. Maya is going to do a guest post and get into detail about the trip. 

After we went to the World of Coca- Cola we had lunch at The Varsity.  There were a lot of people I mean a lot of people. My mom took this picture by holding her phone over everybody's head. 

That evening we went to a laser show that was really cool!

I wish I could have stayed in Georgia, but all good things have to come to an end. Maya, my sister, should be posting soon on our trip to the Coca - Cola Factory. 

We're heading to South Carolina next to see more family and play at the beach!
